Does man have a soul? If so, what kind of soul exists? Why did all the emperors from Qin Shi Huang onwards, without exception, try to find a way to live forever? Did they seek immortality of the soul or of the body? Why do people say that they have seen possessed people become another person? Why do people say that they have seen a person who has been possessed become a different person? Why do people say that they have seen a person who has returned from a dead body to a dead body, and that the person who has come back to life is not the same person as he/she used to be? Why do people say they saw the past and met the future when they were dying? Is it too far-fetched to use the word "hallucination" to explain all these? Wherever there are human beings in the world, there are legends about out-of-body experiences after death. Is it possible that we, who have created a brilliant civilization and are able to accurately calculate the workings of the celestial bodies, have created an out-of-body experience?
